Dhiraj Parasher is a senior sports industry leader and strategist with over two decades of experience across league conceptualization, commercialization, governance reform, and end-to-end P&L management. With a rare blend of academic rigor and hands-on execution, he has played a pivotal role in building, scaling, and professionalizing some of India’s most prominent sports properties.

His expertise spans the full sports value chain—league and franchise operations, media and broadcast strategy, sponsorship monetization, infrastructure development, and large-scale event delivery. Dhiraj has successfully led multi-stakeholder ecosystems involving governments, federations, broadcasters, investors, and global partners, delivering sustainable commercial outcomes while strengthening governance and operational frameworks.

He has held leadership roles across marquee platforms including professional leagues, government sports reform programs, and corporate sports portfolios, contributing to properties such as Pro Kabaddi League, Women’s Premier League, ILT20, Ultimate Kho Kho, and large-format mass participation events. His work has consistently focused on building financially viable, globally competitive sports models aligned with international standards.
